Slow yoga is the art of moving more deeply into the flow through poses and mental shifts—not just in your yoga practice, but in all areas of your life. Every week we place a focus on a theme that fosters awareness of the practice and helps students to observe their bodies and minds in movement and stillness.
Individual attention is given and the use of props are encourages. This class is open to all levels as we take the time to explore, connect and breath a bit deeper to each students ability.
